Vacation Villas at FantasyWorld is proud to be a leader in the quest to find a viable exit strategy for timeshare owners who are ready to transition out of timeshare ownership, yet have not identified a family member, friend, or aquaintence who is interested in taking over their ownership interest. Our current strategy is not ideal for all owners, but it is the best plan we have been able to identify to date that is addressed the needs of the owners who wish to end their ownership interest without creating additional expenses on the timeshare owners who wish to remain.
2016 Wind Down Plan Update - The final batch of 2016 Wind Down Plans are now being processed and we expect to have them complete by mid-December.
2017 Wind Down Plan Update - As soon as the final batch of 2016 Wind Down Plans are complete, the association attorney will prepare the documents for the 2017 Wind Down Plan. The 2017 plan will be generally the same as the 2015 and 2016 plans except that the prices will change to reflect the 2017 maintenance fee as the basis for the calculations and that 2016 usage is no longer an option.
